The PKNCA R package is designed to perform noncompartmental analysis calculations for pharmacokinetic data with the primary goal of providing correct answers to specific questions and the secondary goal of automating the analysis process while allowing for manual override.
This dashboard provides a user-friendly interface for conducting non-compartmental analysis on pharmacokinetic data. It allows the user to upload their data, select relevant parameters for analysis, and generate tables and plots summarizing the results. Here are the key steps in using this dashboard:
- Upload data: The user can upload their data in CSV format. The data should include columns for time, concentration, and possibly other variables such as dose, subject ID, or formulation.
- Explore data: After uploading the data, the user can view summary statistics and plots to check for outliers, missing data, or other issues that may affect the analysis.
- Select parameters: The user can select relevant parameters for analysis, such as the method for calculating AUC or Cmax, or the number of significant digits to display in the results.
- Generate NCA table: The user can generate a table summarizing the non-compartmental analysis results, including AUC, Cmax, tmax, and other parameters.
- Generate NCA plot: The user can generate a plot of the concentration-time curve overlaid with the predicted curve based on the NCA results.
- Download results: The user can download the NCA table and plot as CSV and PNG files, respectively.
- Generate report: The user can generate an HTML report summarizing the analysis results, including tables and plots. The report can be customized with the user’s own text and graphics.
